Employer Nomination (186 Visa)

Subclass 186 Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS) visa allows skilled workers nominated by an Australian employer to live and work in Australia permanently. It has three streams: Direct Entry (for highly skilled workers meeting skills and English requirements), Temporary Residence Transition (for Subclass 482 visa holders working for their employer for at least two or three years), and Labour Agreement (for those sponsored under an agreement with the government). Applicants must meet age, skills, and English requirements unless exempt. Employers must be actively operating and meet salary and training benchmarks. This visa provides permanent residency with work and study rights.
